VYPE got to sit down with Jayden Brown of Andover Central basketball and find out more about him.
VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?
To grow as a better person on and off the court is priority one. Then next up will be capturing a third straight league title and getting over the hump of that substate championship game and getting to Emporia, and from there it’s time to get a ring.
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
Going on a trip to Florida with my girlfriend.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade, and why?
Ms. Kobe, because we are both OU fans and we just chat all the time and have great conversations with each other, and she is by far the funniest teacher out there.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Hitting a game winner in 2nd grade on all my teammates I’m currently playing with now, before I even knew them.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Kobe- he just helped me realize how hard you gotta work to be great and he just was a good role model to have.
VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?
Being able to work hard with my friends in practice and getting able to play alongside them on game nights in front of the school.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go, and who do you take with you?
My family and my girlfriend to Bora Bora.
VYPE: If we gave you $1,000 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?
Get Christmas gifts
VYPE: Do you participate in any community service projects?
Not right now.
